Noe Reyes
is originally from the Laredo
border region and is a 1995
graduate of Caldwell High School
in Caldwell, Texas. Noe is also
a graduate of Baylor University
(BBA ’00) and the Baylor Law
School (JD ’02). Following
graduation from law school, Noe
worked in public policy in
Dallas, Texas in the area of
transportation. As a public
policy consultant, Noe advocated
the interests of municipalities,
counties and non-profit
corporations before senior-level
state and federal officials in
the legislative and executive
branches of government. Much of
his work included tracking
federal and state legislation,
preparing testimony for
presentment in Congressional
hearings, developing legislative
and regulatory strategies, and
coordinating briefings with
legislators at the state and
federal level. After some time
in public policy, Noe entered
the practice of law in the area
of insurance defense litigation.
As an insurance defense
attorney, Noe handled a large
case docket and gained
invaluable experience in all
phases of the litigation
process, including preparing
pleadings, conducting discovery,
depositions, alternative dispute
resolution, negotiating
settlements and attending
hearings on the various motions.
Noe joined the law firm of
McCreary, Veselka, Bragg & Allen
in September of 2006. He is the
son of a Baptist minister and
the first member of his family
to graduate from college. Noe
enjoys playing and watching
sports, bike riding and playing
guitar. He is also the music
director at a local church.
