MATHEW TEPPER provides legal representation in the areas of appraisal district litigation, property value study litigation and general litigation. He joined MVBA in August, 2005, and has handled numerous cases in Texas state and federal trial and appellate courts. Prior to joining MVBA, Matthew was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas where he litigated civil rights, tort, and employment lawsuits on behalf of the state’s law enforcement agencies and officers. Matthew attended the Baylor University School of Law and received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 2000. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Bar of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
