Our Debt Collection program incorporates the individual policies and procedures of each court while assuming the delinquent collection program as the courts “Virtual Clerk”. MVBA not only notifies the defendant of the obligation, we direct all contact to our office where we handle payments, payment arrangements and questions.

Our automated nationwide address skip tracing and telephone identification process locates debtors who are then notified by letter and by telephone of any outstanding fines.

Protection of Defendant’s Due Process Rights
Any defendant who has not appeared before the court and entered a plea is given the opportunity to enter a plea in all correspondence initiated by MVBA.

Costs of Collecting Unresolved Cases Virtually Eliminated
Through the adoption of an additional collection fee provided for by Article 103.0031, Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, a significant portion of the cost of collection services for court fines & fees can be passed on directly to the debtor.*

* A client may incur some costs for data processing, computer programming, software and/or hardware necessary for exporting data to MVBA.
